I started my first job as a painter in the summers back at McNary High School starting in 2001, and since then I’ve had excellent training working with some of the best painters in Oregon.

I enjoy helping others while painting houses and kitchen cabinets in my city of Salem, Oregon, and nearby cities.

How does pricing work?

We use industry standards to determine how long it takes to paint a standard-sized room, and applied a dollar amount per hour. You will no longer need to worry about getting overcharged or scammed – pay for exactly what you are having done.

How do I pay for my paint job?

You can pay securely online via PayPal Business invoice with any major credit card, or in person via check or cash after the job is complete.

What brand of paint do you use?

We like Sherwin-Williams paints. It’s our most requested paint brand too by our customers.

Our favorite exterior paint is the Emerald from Sherwin Williams right now, which is the top of the line for quality and most expensive at $98.99 a gallon.

What if I’m not totally happy with my paint job?

We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you don’t like your paint job, we will come back and fix it for you free of labor charges. Any extra paint cost, if needed, that wasn’t in the original bid, is on you.

How many coats of paint do I need on my home?

On the exterior, we use an extremely thick primer as well as top coat of the finest paint made by Sherwin Williams. If you are remaining in the same shade or just a shade off then one coat of each will cover just great. If the color is going to alter significantly then we use 2 coats of exterior paint.

Any stain jobs are 2 coats unless you demand simply one and also the timber isn’t very dry.

We sometimes will do 2 coats on the sunny side of your home and also one in other places however normally we urge you to make use of two coats.

When we repaint over aluminum or plastic home siding, we always paint two light coats.

I recently had two bedrooms painted and 4 bedroom doors. One bedroom needed some touch up texture and the doors were painted a nice white color that covered a very bright yellow. I’ve had painters in the past that I wouldn’t use again, but I would definitely use Mike again. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. He was easy to schedule with and get ahold of.
