On the exterior, we use an extremely thick primer and a top coat of the finest paint made by Sherwin Williams (our go-to top paints currently our Emerald and Duration). If you remain in the same shade or just a shade off, one coat of each will cover just great. If the color alters significantly, we use 2 coats of exterior paint.

Any stain jobs are 2 coats unless you demand simply one and the timber isn’t very dry.

We sometimes will do 2 coats on the sunny side of your home and one in other places; however, normally, we urge you to use two coats.

We always paint two light coats when we repaint over aluminum or plastic home siding.
